Municipality of Anchorage, Alaska.  Trail Plan Update, Far North Bicentennial Park, soft surface trail expert consultant as subcontractor for DOWL Engineers, Anchorage.  Comprehensive plan update, plus creation of new construction, maintenance, design and signage standards and guidelines.  2007-2009.

Solitude Mountain Resort, Utah.  Field design and construction of mountain bike trail within resort.  Approximately 3/4 mile.  2008.

Utah Museum of Natural History, Salt Lake City, Utah.  Natural surface trail design and construction, rehabilitation of existing trails, old trail de-comission and regrade.  Worked as subcontractor of Big-D Construction, Salt Lake City.  2008.

Talisker, Deer Valley, Utah.  Field design and construction of multi-use trail within Tuhaye development near Kamas, Utah.  Approximately 3 miles.  2008.

The Colony, Park City, Utah.  Construction of private ski trails and hiking trails within the development, adjacent to The Canyons Ski Resort.  2008.

Singletrack Advocates, Anchorage, Alaska.  Trail design and construction in Hillside area of Far North Bicentennial Park in collaboration with Jon Underwood, Happy Trails, Inc.  Singletrack trail design and construction training, dozer and excavator work, field layout and design.  Worked directly on first two of eight total project miles.  2008.

Ghost Falls Trail, Draper City, Utah.  Field design/layout and construction of multi-use natural surface trail in City’s Corner Canyon recreational area.  Work included construction and installation of four bridges. Approximately 1 1/4 miles. 2008.

Turnberry Development, Midway, Utah.  Field layout and construction of natural surface multi-use trails.  Approximately 1 mile.  2008-2009.

Park City Municipal Corporation, Utah.  Field design and construction of multi-use natural surface trails within City’s Round Valley area.  2007.

The Woods of Parley’s Lane, Park City, Utah.  Field design and construction of multi-use trail in subdivision open space.  Approximately 2 miles.  2007.

Summit Park, Park City, Utah.  Field layout and construction of over 4 miles of natural surface multi-use trail in steep and rocky terrain.  2007-2008.

Victory Ranch, Francis, Utah.  Construction of 6’ wide soft surface trail through upscale development.  Approximately 1 mile.  2007.

Snyderville Basin Special Recreation District, Park City, Utah.  Design and construction of several different projects throughout the District's jurisdictional area.  Over 30 miles.  2000-2008.

The Preserve Development, “Flying Dog” Trail, Park City, Utah.  Construction of extensive public trail network through private development.  Approximately 8 miles.  2006.  Used as IMBA “Epic” trail during World Summit in 2008.

Tuhaye (Talisker) Development, Park City, Utah.  Design and construction of public and private trails through private golf club development.  Approximately 6 miles.  2005-2006.

Lookout at Deer Valley, Park City, Utah.  Design and construction of public non-motorized trail system.  Approximately 3 miles.  2005.

The Canyons Resort, Park City, Utah.  Design and construction of several non-motorized trails, connecting system to other public trails.  Approximately 7 miles.  2004-2006.

Empire Pass (Talisker) Development, Park City, Utah.  Design and construction of public trails through development property, and across Deer Valley Ski Area terrain.  Approximately 3 miles.  2004

The Colony Development, Park City, Utah.  Construction of private ski trails and private summer (hiking, biking, equestrian) trails in private development; reconstruction and new construction of public trails.  About 3 miles.  2004-2006.

Round Valley Trails, Park City, Utah.  Design and construction of additional miles of trail for Park City in its public open space.  About 5 miles.  2004-2006.

Draper City Trails, Draper, Utah. Construction of singletrack natural surface trails and bridges for City Planning Department. Approximately 10 miles. 2004-2006.

Suncrest Development, Draper, Utah. Creation of trails master plan, plus design and construction of natural surface trails in and around major development. Approximately 5 miles. 2002-2004.

Glenwild Development, Park City, Utah. Installation of natural surface trail system within private golf community. Approximately 3.5 miles. 2000.

Deer Crest, Deer Valley, Utah. Design and installation of natural surface trails throughout resort neighborhood. Approximately 5 miles. 2000.
Mid-Mountain Trail, Utah. Design and installation of soft surface multi-use trail at 8,000 foot elevation along eastern slope of Wasatch range through three ski areas. Total project to be approximately 20 miles. 1998-2000.  Designated as an IMBA “epic” trail.
Lost Prospector Trail, Park City, Utah. Design and installation of back country trail in the Park City area. Approximately 4.5 miles. 1999.
Blackhawk Ranch, Park City, Utah.  Installation of multi-use trail system through open space areas within hillside development.  Approximately 5 miles.  1998-2000.

Round Valley Park, Park City, Utah. Design and installation of soft surface multi-use trail through City-owned open space parcel. Approximately 8 miles. 1997-1998.
Hidden Hollow Development, Deer Valley, Utah. Design and installation of natural surface multi-use trail through high-end development.  2 miles.  1998.

Centennial/South Mountain Development, Draper, Utah. Design and installation of wood chip surfaced equestrian and hiking trail through varied soil conditions and steep sideslopes. Approximately 1 mile. 1997.
Sandstone Cove Development, Park City, Utah. Field location and hand installation of single track soft surface trail through development’s open space. Approximately ½ mile. 1997.
Antelope Island State Park, Davis County, Utah. Installation of soft surface multi-use trail over varied terrain, including heavy rock and steep sideslopes. 3.5 miles. 1997.
Swaner Memorial Park, Snyderville, Utah. Design and installation of soft surface multi-use trail in meadow and wetland areas, plus parking lot and bridge construction and installation. Approximately 2 miles. 1996-1997.
Maple Ridge Ranches, Oakley, Utah. Design and installation of multi-use trail system. Approximately 2 miles. 1996.
Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail State Park, Park City to Coalville, Utah. Preparation of maintenance plan, and continuous work with State Park Ranger on planning, maintenance, upgrades, and events on trail. 1994-1995. Trail Manager from 1997-2004, on behalf of Mountain Trails Foundation.  Responsible for all aspects of management, including comprehensive maintenance, trail upgrades, restroom installation, bridge and gate reconstruction, tread rehabilitation, weed control, signage installation and repair, and major project management.  Responsible for securing significant ongoing lease payments from utility companies to fund perpetual management.
Gambel Oak Park, Park City, Utah. Planning and design of public multiple use trail through public park. Supervised hand construction of project by prison inmates. Approximately 1 mile. 1994-1995.
Design and construction of private internal trail alongside and crossing over a creek. 2' to 3' wide, with multiple sections of boardwalk and bridges, gravel plus natural dirt surface. Approximately 3/4 mile. 1995.
Pinebrook Subdivision, Park City, Utah. Design and construction of perimeter hiking trail using Sweco 450 and 480 dozers, plus mini-excavator and hand work.  Includes portions of very steep grades and side slopes, plus heavy rock. Approximately 4.5 miles.  Continuing construction and maintenance of private trails within subdivision.  Approximately 3 miles. 1995-2008+
Sun Peak Subdivision, Park City, Utah. Reconstruction of 10' to 12' wide multiple use trail using Sweco 450 trail dozer. Regrading, smoothing and compaction of rough trail in heavy rock. Approximately 1.3 miles. 1995.
Jeremy Ranch Subdivision, Park City, Utah. Construction of 8' to 10' wide dirt surface trail for multiple use. Built with Sweco 450 bulldozer. 3/4 mile. 1995.
Design and construction of multiple use private internal trails. 2' to 4' widths. Built primarily by hand. Approximately 1.0 miles. 1995.
Design and construction of additional internal segment.  Built using SWECO 450 dozer.  Approximately 3/4 mile.  2000.
Moose Hollow Subdivision, Park City, Utah. Design and construction of 4' wide dirt surface public access trail for multiple use. Constructed with Acutrak bulldozer and by hand. Approximately 1.5 miles. 1994.
Utah Olympic Winter Sports Park, Park City. Design and construction of mountain bike trail for use in Cannondale Cup race series. 1994
