Utah's only member of the Professional Trailbuilders Association, and one of the Nation's most experienced and respected trail builders. We've been building in and around Park City, UT since 1994, and have now completed over 400 miles of trail just in that area alone. We have also been a part of many of the highly published trail projects around the United States.
A few of our best-known projects in the Park City area include: the Award Winning: Mid-Mountain Trail, Flying Dog, Armstrong and Pinecone Trails. We have also been involved in projects from Florida to Alaska. Like the Allegrippis Trails at Raystown Lake in Pennsylvania, The Buzzards Roost area of South Dakota and the trail systems at the wonderful State Parks in Virginia. Ogden Bike Park, Ogden, UT - Worked with community advocates and created 3 new gravity lines at the Ogden Bike Park.

Belle Isle Bike Park, Richmond, VA: Worked with city staff from James River Park District to construct a public bike park on Belle Isle including 2 pumptracks, a skills development area and a drop zone. 2012.
Uncle Uncanny's Music Festival Dirt Jump Contest, Heber, UT: Constructed a tree-house, roll in and 3 large jumps for a dj contest during one of Utah's Largest Music Festivals. 2012.
Goldstream Bike Park, Fairbanks, AK: Completed construction on the Goldstream Bike Park in conjunction with local community efforts lead by the Lions Club. 2012.
Deer Valley Resort, Park City, Utah: Design and construction of three soft-surface trails in the resort connecting existing trails, providing additional lift-accessible alternatives, and differing experiences. About 3.5 miles. 2011.

Mid-Mountain Trail, Park City, Utah: Design and construction of new trail bypass (around construction area) connecting existing portions of the Mid-Mountain Trail. Clients: The Canyons Resort and The Colony Development. Approximately 2.5 miles. 2009-2010. Comprehensive plan update, plus creation of new construction, maintenance, design and signage standards and guidelines. 2007-2009. Antelope Island State Park, Davis County, Utah: Construction of soft surface multi-use trail over varied terrain, including heavy rock and steep sideslopes. 3.5 miles. 1997.
Swaner Memorial Park, Snyderville, Utah: Design and construction of soft surface (road base/gravel) multi-use trail in meadow and wetland areas, plus parking lot and bridge construction and installation. 2 miles. 1996-1997.
Maple Ridge Ranches, Oakley, Utah: Design and construction of multi-use trail system. 2 miles. 1996.
Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail State Park, Park City to Coalville, Utah: Preparation of maintenance plan, and continuous work with State Park Ranger on planning, maintenance, upgrades, and events on trail. 1994-1995. Trail Manager from 1997-2004, on behalf of Mountain Trails Foundation. Responsible for all aspects of management, including comprehensive maintenance, trail upgrades, restroom installation, bridge and gate reconstruction/repair, tread rehabilitation, weed control, signage installation and repair, and major project management. Responsible for securing significant ongoing lease payments from utility companies to fund perpetual management.
Gambel Oak Park, Park City, Utah: Planning, design, and construction management of public multi-use trail through City park. Supervised hand construction of project by prison inmates. Approximately 1 mile. 1994-1995.
Pinebrook Subdivision, Park City, Utah: Design and construction of perimeter hiking and biking trail using SWECO 450 and 480 trail dozers, plus mini-excavator and hand work. Includes portions of very steep cross-slope, and heavy rock. Approximately 4.5 miles. Ongoing construction and maintenance of internal trails. 1995-2008+
Sun Peak Subdivision, Park City, Utah: Reconstruction of 10’ to 12’ wide multiple use trail using SWECO 450 trail dozer. Regrading, smoothing and compaction of rough trail in heavy rock. Approximately 1.3 miles. 1995.
Jeremy Ranch Subdivision, Park City, Utah: Construction of 8’ to 10’ wide dirt surface trail for multi-use. Built with SWECO 450 trail dozer. 3/4 mile. 1995.
